OVERVIEW
Distillers Union is a collective of like-minded craft brewers and distillers located in the lively neighbourhood of Woodstock. It is a working brewery and distillery where the public can view the artisans in action. It also houses a tasting room and bar for gin-making sessions, tastings, and cocktails.
The guided gin-making experience is the best way to understand the artistic process of gin distilling. It includes two drinks and snacks to enjoy while you are making your own custom-made 500ml bottle of gin and hand designed label
