The ocean has no fences and Shark Team enjoys sightings of various shark species. These Include the Great White Shark, Bronze Whaler Shark, Cow Sharks and Stingrays. We can never guarantee any specific sighting but we will however be 100% transparent with you. On booking we will inform you as to what sightings we have had recently and what you can expect. We understand that even though we can never predict what you will see we want you to be assured that we will give you honest and up to date answers. WSP was established in 1989 as a research centre but since we have grown and broaden our services to include a commercial diving and viewing centre with a separate educational department. We have been running a volunteer program since 1994 and have three non-profits that provide support and social upliftment to thousands of children and parents in our community each year. Our data dates back generations and we have the most logged contacts in the world for the great white shark. The past four years we have a massive population of Bronze Whaler sharks that frequent our bay and we are conducting scientific studies on this specie.

ADVICE FOR VISITORS

We do not use scuba equipment, so no previous diving experience is required. Please bring sunblock, swimming costume, sensible shoes, warm jacket, and sea sickness pills if required. We provide everything else including breakfast, snacks onboard, light lunch, all equipment and diving gear. You are welcome to take your own pictures and video however we have a professional videographer on board who will capture your every movement. There is an option to buy the movie at additional R350.
